Tubeless Easy version: ADDIX Soft (orange) or ADDIX Speedgrip (blue). Versatile. The Speedgrip version gives particular traction to the rear wheel.
 
ADDIX SOFT is a compound that bridges many disciplines. It's just as at home in the enduro and downhill world as it is in the demanding discipline of all-mountain and trail riding. It also impresses when used in combination with other ADDIX tires - more speed: Soft on the front, Speedgrip on the back. Or more damping: Ultra Soft on the front, Soft on the back.
 
Rides superbly and provides impressively good damping. That's ADDIX Soft. We've dug deep in the tire builder's bag of tricks to create the perfect balance between the two. The result is a compound that's amazingly good fun and yet is significantly more durable than the previous TrailStar compound. Tip: ADDIX Soft is also ideal for e-MTBs. Here it really plays to its strengths of "great damping and powerful grip", and due to the optimized low-temperature properties it does this all year round!

    FEDEX TRACKED SERVICE (insured)

    Once your order is placed and if the bike is in stock it shall be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We need to take time to ensure your bike is in perfect condition before it leaves us.

    Any bike ordered shall be professionally built up and then repackaged before delivery to ensure that your bike will be covered by a full manufacturers warranty. All bikes are sent with the front wheel on to reduce chance of damage. When your bike arrives the only thing you will have to do is...

    • GO RIDE!

    We will be uploading a video to the site to help you build your bike. Remember your bicycle will have a full warranty because it has been pre-built by 

     

    WAHOO KICKR BIKE - FREE POSTAGE

    Wahoo Kickr bikes are sent with no postage charge. They are sent via a tracked FEDEX service and all Kickr Bikes sent are fully insured to avoid problems with transit.

    Any other product sold on our website will be packaged professionally and sent out via UPS NEXT DAY SERVICE. Please note if your order is made after 12pm we cannot guarantee our next day service. Generally you will receive your order within 2 working days.  

    If there are any problems with the product upon delivery then please refer to our returns policy. Always give us a call to let us know any problems that you encounter.

    Returns and Refunds Policy

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. There is no charge for returned items. 


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fifecycles.co.uk and send your item to: Fife Cycle Centre, 2 Meadow Road, Leuchars, KY16 0EX. 

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


    Shipping Returned Items

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
