A grade B bike may have minor cosmetic damage potentially including, but not limited to, bleeds, bubbles, small cosmetic chips (numbering no more than 3 per tube), minor scratches and small (non-structural) dents or dings.

A trade-in bike has been traded in against a new bike. We are incredibly picky about which bikes we accept as trades so rest assured of its quality. If a trade in bike is a TREK it may come with some form of warranty (please contact us for confirmation). If the trade-in bike is NOT a TREK then there will be NO WARRANTY provided. The bike can be returned within 29 days of the purchase.

All Trek bikes are sold with our standard 'Limited Lifetime Warranty' on the frameset. This does not include a paint warranty.
If the bicycle is new and unused the 1-Year Parts Warranty is also included as per the manufactures guidance.
