Any bike ordered shall be professionally built up and then repackaged before delivery to ensure that your bike will be covered by a full manufacturers warranty. All bikes are sent with the front wheel on to reduce chance of damage and when your bike arrives the only thing you will have to do is...

We are now offering same day shipping to customers in certain parts of the country. Same day shipping is a bespoke premium service that gets your new bike to you in record time. Any bike that is sent same day will travel in a dedicated van straight to your door. The bike will be 100% ready to ride - no unboxing, no setting up, just ride. 

 

Once your order is placed and if the bike is in stock it shall arrive within 3-5 working days. We need to take time to ensure your bike is in perfect condition before it leaves us. More delivery information below.

Wahoo Kickr bikes are sent with no postage charge. They are sent via a tracked DHL TRACKED SERVICE service and all Kickr Bikes sent are fully insured to avoid problems with transit.

We charge £2.99 for shipping any order total under £25.00

 

Any order over £25 qualifies for free shipping. 

 

We use UPS and Royal Mail as our shipping providers and delivery time depends on the product. Some of our items are next day and others are 2-6 day shipping time. All our items are tracked and you will receive updates with how your order is doing. 

 

Please note if your order is made after 12.30pm we cannot guarantee our next day service. Generally you will receive your order within 2 working days.

CAN I BUY THIS BIKE WITH A CYCLESCHEME VOUCHER?

Yes you can! We deal with 5 different cyclescheme providers so as long as your company uses one of the below providers then we can sell you a bike via your scheme.

IS THE BIKE EASY TO BUILD?

Thanks to some hard work at our end the answer to this question is YES!


We complete a PDI (pre delivery inspection) of the bike to make sure everything is setup exactly how it should be.


What's more is that we package the bike in a full size bike box which means the front wheel is attached to the bike when you take delivery. This makes a huge difference in how quickly you can get going as well as vastly reducing the chance of any damage during transit. It costs us more but it really does make your life much easier.


The only thing you will need to do is fit the pedals and straighten up the handlebars. You can get tips with the welcome pack which you will receive with the bike.

DO I GET A WARRANTY?

With Trek and Santa Cruz bicycles you are covered with two of the very best warranties in the cycling industry.


Both Trek and Santa Cruz offer lifetime warranties on their frame-sets and 2 years on parts.


If it's an EBIKE then you will also get a 2 year warranty with the motor and battery.

I WANT IT YESTERDAY! HOW QUICK WILL THE BIKE ARRIVE?

Good question. This depends on where the bike is stocked.


At Fife Cycles we carry a large volume of bikes at our premises. If the bike you are planning to buy is at our premises then we aim to get it shipped to you in 1-2 working days. We use Fedex as our courier and use their 24hr shipment. We aim to be the fastest SHOP to DOOR seller in the UK.


If the bike you purchase is stocked at Treks warehouse then expect delivery to be 5-7 working days. This is still considered to be faster than your average online cycle retailer.

CAN I RETURN THE BIKE?

Yes, of course we are happy to take returns. As long as you return the bike within 30 days and the condition of the bike is still classed as new then we have no problem for you returning the bike to us. Once the bike is back on our premises you will be refunded straight away minus a £50 return shipping fee.
