Love these guys, they have helped me out more times than I can remember. Great family run business.
First main intro I called up near closing time with a fastball request for a full sus MTB because me and a friend decided we were going for a last minute trip to glentress… not even an issue, pulled out a trek slash at a great price and had it built and good to go 45 mins later, any issues they were happy to help.
Then I got an Excalibur, same again, built, good to go out the door I go, great price.
I don’t think there’s anything these guys wouldn’t help with, services, wheel trueing and anything else all at a great price and done pretty quickly.
All in all if you need a bike or a bike fixed go see these guys.
(They even sold a shock for me on EBAY)

Fife cycles were excellent, I bought a turbo trainer online and from the product info to the help with setup these guys were brilliant. testimony for how expertise and friendliness cannot be replaced.

I am blown away by the customer service at Fife Cycle Centre. As we all know, MTB is an expensive sport but it’s a sport my son loves and I’ll do anything to see him succeed. I ordered a part for his bike, one that I saved up intentionally for as it’s his birthday. This is to be his only gift. I called the guys at Fife Cycle Centre to see when my product would arrive, despite there being an issue, they immediately put me at ease and had even solved the situation before calling me back. I can’t thank you enough for your generosity and kindness and I will be recommending you to everyone we know ! Thank you.

I had a great experience, they truly went above and beyond (he even picked the bike up from my house!) I cannot recommend this company enough, very speedy repair, great communication and excellent value. Will definitely be using these guys again! Very happy customer.

James was very helpful and friendly, built the Kickr Core (smart trainer) ready for me to collect and demonstrated how to fit the spacers etc, even carried it to the car! Good service.

Genuinely a pleasure to shop with. Great customer service, clear communication, and bike was delivered in personally. I ordered a couple of tyres to be used on a cycling holiday in Devon next week. There was a problem so I contacted James. He apologised and fast tracked a replacement order which was delivered in less than 2 days, ready for my trip. Excellent service! I will definitely use Fife again.

James has been absolutely fantastic - due to a situation out of their control, there were a lot of problems with my order. James ensured that I was not only partially refunded, he also took the time to write a letter as a way of apology, whilst also throwing in a spare, and some extra items as a way of apology.
This is absolutely amazing customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Fife cycles again.

Excellent customer service. Bought a Trek Fuel exe from here earlier this year. Badly damaged my tyre whilst out on a ride and turned up at the shop looking for a new tyre. As soon as I started unloading my bike from the car, staff were over to help and establish what was wrong. My bike was onto a workstation straight away, and a new tyre was selected at the recommendation of the mechanic and fitted, all at a price I was happy with.
Highly recommend.
Yes, I could have probably bought a tyre online and fitted it myself and possibly saved a few quid, but this way, it was done right, first time, kept money in the local economy and someone in a job.

I ordered a pair of Quoc shoes, which were not quite what I wanted when they arrived. James was brilliant at sorting a new pair with next day delivery, all organised outside of shop hours. These guys know how to do customer service! I will definately be shopping here again. Thank you 🙏

Have been using Fife Cycle Centre for a few years now and use for all my biking advice and equipment including buying bikes. The team are great and always have time to assist with advice or best equipment to suit my needs. I love the fact that I can pop in any time and they will help with with any issues or mechanical problems that I have. This local service and willingness to help means that they will always be my fist 'go to' when I need anything bike related. James and the team are not interested in selling you the most expensive piece of kit or bike but the one that is right for you.

What a fantastic local bike shop! I honestly can’t rate Fife Cycles high enough as James and his team (Ross & Innes) are absolutely 1st Class👍 As soon as you walk in they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and offer fantastic advice on what’s the best bike for you.
