Learn about our Grading System

  • GRADE X

    A grade X bike is a model which is either an ex-display or ex-demo bike. Any Grade X will come with a full manufacturers warranty on the frame-set and one year on the parts.

  • GRADE A

    You guesed it. GRADE A bikes are in tip top condition with very little use and from none to only very slight imperfections. Covered with our 30 day return policy.

  • GRADE B

    Grade Bs are good condition bikes that have only had a moderate amount of use. There may be a few scratches here and there but the bike has been well looked after and is in good overall condition.

  • GRADE C

    Grade C bikes are well used and will show signs of wear and tear. There will be scratches here and there and they will have been well used. Mechanically they are fine but have just covered more mileage.

Will a used bike come with a warrranty?

Yes, all of our used bikes come with a 30 day warranty. Further to that, our ex-demo and display bikes (Grade_X) wil coe with the full manufacturers lifetime warranty intact.

Can I buy a used bike on a cycle-scheme or finance?

We cannot offer finance or cyclescheme vouchers on used bikes. However, we can offer both payment options on any of our GRADE-X Biikes.

Can I Trade-in my bike against a used bike?

In theory, yes, it may be possible. We would need to have a good look at margins etc. You can fill in the trade-in form here.

If I buy an ebike and the motor / battery fails outwith the warranty what do I do?

If the ebike motor or battery fails outwith our 30 day warranty period we cannot cover you the cost on a replacement part. You may be able to approach the manufacturer and there may be a chance they will help you with a warranty issue. When we possible we supply the original purchase receipt of the used bike.

Will you ship a used bike and how much does it cost?

Yes, we are happy to ship used bikes anywhere within the UK. We actually offer free shipping as long as it's mainland UK.

What condition will the bike be in when I get it?

All our used bikes are fully serviced and cleaned before they go out the door. The actual condition of the bike is determined by our grading system, but all bikes will be clean and serviced.
