In the spring of 1991...

A chap called John Simpson got an opportunity to rent a little damp shed attached to a car garage in the airbase town of Leuchars, Fife.

With that little damp shed John opened a little shop, buying and selling bikes to the mountain bike boomers of the local community.

It turns out John was pretty good at selling bikes and that caused a problem. He had no more space to stock all the bikes that were coming and going....

It just so happened that the car garage he was renting from decided to sell up and within the blink of an eye the shop re-located to where we are now, an old dancehall!

A roller-coaster ride.

The last thing you want in business is a dull moment. So thankfully there haven't been too many over the last 33 years. We have had to navigate through recessions, epidemics and a few different bike brands along the way.

We're a humble lot - but I suppose we can say that the key to our healthy business is that we never stop moving ,and we are always learning. Whether it's cycle technology or website advancements - we make sure we are relevant.

All this being said, it all comes down to you - the customer. Your'e our number one asset and we will look after you as best we possibly can.

Trek to the Future.

So what does the future hold? Well for starters, we have partnered up with the best bike brand on the planet in Trek Bicycles.

Partnering up with such a great brand lets us serve our customers with the very best cycling products on the market and give them the pinnancle of after-sales care.

Couple this with the drive we have for being the very best bicycle shop in Scotland, both online and in-store, we think that the future really does ride.

Our core values

Start by defining the key values that best represent your company's mission and culture. Think about what drives your business forward, how your team interacts, and what principles guide decision-making.

How does this value shape your company's approach to products, services, internal culture, or decision-making? Consider how it impacts relationships with customers, employees, partners, or other key stakeholders.

Describe the tangible ways each value is demonstrated within your organization. Give examples of how employees are encouraged to embody this value, whether through specific processes, behaviors, or initiatives.
