No probs with the service and Ross’s customer service. But, I had asked for a rattle/ knocking sound to be investigated and the cause was not discovered. Disappointing. Dundee Cycle Hub fixed it. The internally routed cable on the top tube was the culprit. They fitted a dampening kit and it’s now sorted. Poor from Focus German engineering. Thanks
They found the fault on my old bike, an untrue back wheel, which had stumped others more than once. Also sorted faulty connection on battery assist cycle, then serviced it. Very friendly and well priced.

Essential Service
As a professional Cycling Tutor and training deliverer I use Fife Centre regularly and increasingly use them exclusively because James and the team are super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, stock great bikes and good kit, try to be competitive on price, always have time to chat and the level of service is totally on point. Having recently had a bike pinched from the back of my car, James was brilliant about getting me a replacement which I needed right away. Could not recommend them highly enough, Thanks for everything.
