Great experience. Initial delays more than made up for with excellent customer service. Thank you!

BONTRAGER XR1 KIDS' MTB TIRE

Item was shown as in stock with next day dispatch. Item took over a month to arrive, by which time it was no longer required, as had to order from somewhere else. Tried to get in touch with shop number of times, via email, phone and through shopify with zero response. Piss poor customer service. Would actively encourage customers not to use your services.

Searched everywhere for this tyre. The wrong size was sent accidentally but a quick phone call to a super helpful chap and a new one was sent out. Would definitely recommend
