Do I need to pay a deposit?

You do not to leave a deposit for the bike you rent. However, if you damage the bike you may be liable to pay for broken parts that need to be repaired or replaced. If something breaks on the bike and it is not due to misuse or a crash then you will not be liable to pay for anything.

What documentation do I need to bring when collecting my rental bike?

We require 1 form of up to date photographic ID that displays your current address on it. We may also keep a card on file.

What riding gear do I need to bring?

We will supply a helmet and the rest is up to you! We are in Scotland so of course it's always a good idea to bring a rain jacket. Many cyclists use padded shorts to keep their bums comfy and a suitable pair of shoes is important.

Do I need to bring my own pedals?

We can supply our rental bikes with flat pedals, SPD pedals and SPD-SL pedals. We can fit any pedals that you bring along with you.
