Maximum Power, Built to Last

SRAM's genuine OE replacement pads in the Sintered Copper (metallic) compound with a steel backing plate — the Heavy Duty option. This is as tough as SRAM's pads get: sintered copper resists brake fade at far higher temperatures than organic pads, delivering more outright power and far longer life. The perfect choice for long, sustained descents and the wet, muddy conditions we know all too well in Scotland.

This is the Large pad shape (distinguished by its hexagonal, ridged connecting arm), designed for SRAM's gravity and e-MTB 4-piston callipers. Sintered pads need a thorough bed-in and can be a touch louder than organic, but once warmed up they reward you with consistent, dependable stopping power lap after lap.

  • SRAM Code (2011+, R, RS, RSC, Stealth Silver/Ultimate 2023+)
  • SRAM DB8 (2021+)
  • Guide RE and G2 RE (e-MTB callipers)

Note: standard Guide / G2 (R, RS, RSC, Ultimate) use a different Medium pad — these are for the Code-derived callipers only.

Bed in thoroughly for best performance. If switching from organic to sintered, SRAM recommend a fresh rotor. In stock at Fife Cycles, Scotland.

Delivery Information

We carry lots of stock at Fife Cycles and also have an external warehouse where we get items transferred from.

If the part you want to buy is in stock with us then it will leave us SAME DAY if ordered before 1PM .

It will be sent via Royal Mail or Fedex depending on size and goes on a 24 Hour service complete with Tracking details.

If the item is displayed as 'In stock via Treks warehouse' then expect the order to take a little longer to fulfil (4-8 working days).
