The Continental Grand Prix 5000 is the benchmark all-round road clincher — fast, grippy and impressively durable, and a firm favourite with everyone from weekend riders to racers. This is the 700x28c size in the classic tan / transparent sidewall, with Continental's legendary BlackChili compound for low rolling resistance and outstanding grip in the wet and dry.

Ideal for fast road miles and sportives on Scotland's varied tarmac, where grip and puncture protection matter as much as speed. The Vectran Breaker gives excellent puncture resistance without the weight penalty, while Active Comfort technology takes the buzz out of rougher surfaces.
