The Heckler has a huge interchangeable battery (720Wh), which allows riders to access previously unreachable trails, unlock less-used trails and cramming more into less time. The 150mm rear travel (with 160mm travel fork up front) of VPP™ suspension has been tuned to tame big trails on big descents and provide glue-like traction on the climbs. The Heckler has both mixed or dual 29-inch wheel size options and a full range of frame sizes from small to XXL.

Any bike ordered shall be professionally built up and then repackaged before delivery to ensure that your bike will be covered by a full manufacturers warranty. All bikes are sent with the front wheel on to reduce chance of damage and when your bike arrives the only thing you will have to do is...

We will be uploading a video to the site to help you build your bike. Remember your bicycle will have a full warranty because it has been pre-built by our team of mechanics. SAME DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are now offering same day shipping to customers in certain parts of the country. Same day shipping is a bespoke premium service that gets your new bike to you in record time. Any bike that is sent same day will travel in a dedicated van straight to your door. The bike will be 100% ready to ride - no unboxing, no setting up, just ride.
Same Day Shipping Pricing Once your order is placed and if the bike is in stock it shall arrive within 3-5 working days. We need to take time to ensure your bike is in perfect condition before it leaves us. More delivery information below.

Wahoo Kickr bikes are sent with no postage charge. They are sent via a tracked DHL TRACKED SERVICE service and all Kickr Bikes sent are fully insured to avoid problems with transit.

We charge £2.99 for shipping any order total under £25.00
Any order over £25 qualifies for free shipping.
We use UPS and Royal Mail as our shipping providers and delivery time depends on the product. Some of our items are next day and others are 2-6 day shipping time. All our items are tracked and you will receive updates with how your order is doing.
Please note if your order is made after 12.30pm we cannot guarantee our next day service. Generally you will receive your order within 2 working days.
