Once your order is placed and if the bike is in stock it shall arrive within 3-5 working days. We need to take time to ensure your bike is in perfect condition before it leaves us. More delivery information below.

Wahoo Kickr bikes are sent with no postage charge. They are sent via a tracked DHL TRACKED SERVICE service and all Kickr Bikes sent are fully insured to avoid problems with transit.

We charge £2.99 for shipping any order total under £25.00

Any order over £25 qualifies for free shipping. 

We use UPS and Royal Mail as our shipping providers and delivery time depends on the product. Some of our items are next day and others are 2-6 day shipping time. All our items are tracked and you will receive updates with how your order is doing. 

Please note if your order is made after 12.30pm we cannot guarantee our next day service. Generally you will receive your order within 2 working days.
